RATES Publishing one standard rate for copywriting is a difficult asking given the variation of scope for each potential job. To provide an accurate estimate, I would need to have substantial information on your individual requirements. However, as someone who also likes to be informed of as many details as possible upfront, I completely understand that this might be frustrating if you’re just after for a rough idea of how much you’d be looking at to have your project completed with Word Effect Copywriting. Process To provide you the most optimal service, it is essential that I get as much information about your required job as possible. To assist with this, I operate to an easy step-by-step process for each client who enlists my services offering you maximum input and confidence ? This allows me to thoroughly understand your objectives and ultimately, create better copy! STEP 1 If you are interested in obtaining an quote, I will ask you to send me the answers to some simple questions detailing the scope of the job such as the type, approximate word count, date required etc. STEP 2 Based on the information provided, I will then submit you an written quote outlining the cost and the inclusions for that price. I will also direct you to the terms and conditions for Word Effect Copywriting so that should you be interested in proceeding, you will know exactly how things will be carried out. STEP 3 Once you decide to go ahead with this quote, I will ensure that you accept the terms and conditions and agree to pay 50% of the fee upfront by way of transfer to my nominated bank account. While also assuring me of your commitment, I find once clients have made a financial ? STEP 4 After the deposit have been received, we can begin working on your project! I will send you a more comprehensive creative brief which delves into exactly who your competitors are, your target audience, preferred outcomes etc. Some questions in the brief may seem irrelevant to you but from my point of view, every answer given in response to this brief will give me a much clearer idea of how best to write this copy to suit you and your requirements – and the more descriptive your answers the better. STEP 5 Upon return of the creative brief, you can sit back for a bit and let me take over. I will take the time to write your copy in a way I feel is most appropriate based on both the information you have provided and of course my own creative insight. As mentioned above, it is important to offer as much information as you can throughout the briefing stage so that during this time I will not need to interupt the writing process or bother you with too many questions. Regardless, I will keep in touch by way of a quick email just to keep you informed of how things are progressing. STEP 6 After the first draft is complete I will send it through for your approval. As will be stated on your quote, one review is included in the price so if you have any changes you would like made, this is the time to provide feedback otherwise any subsequent alterations will become an additional cost. STEP 7 Your job is complete! I will send your final invoice for the remaining 50% with payment terms of 7 days from the date of issue.
